3A Sanitary Gauge
Tri-Clamp® fitting for special requirements in the citrus, dairy, food processing, pharmaceutical, ink and chemical industries. The one piece stainless steel welded construction (no exposed threads) is compliant to 3A Sanitary Standards.
Winters' new 3A Approved Sanitary Gauge has been specifically designed to withstand the cruel environments (harsh chemicals, high vibration, wide range of temperatures, etc.) found in the Food, Beverage and Dairy Industries. Winters' 3A Sanitary Gauges come standard with +/-0.75% FULL SCALE accuracy (not 10-90% of the scale range like some competitors' products), an externally-adjustable micrometer pointer for precise pointer adjustments, and less than 0.16% per 10°F (-12°C) temperature effect. Winters further raises the bar with a 50% over-range capability (more than 2x the industry standard!), greater process and ambient temperature limits, a stronger and more impactresistant lens, and more fill fluid options than our closest competitor.
