  FDA-approved rubber hoses

  FDA-approved rubber hoses are designed to transport a wide variety of fluids without imparting odor or taste. These premium, reinforced hoses perform high-quality sanitary suction and/or discharge. Custom laylines are available. Some hoses are available in a variety of colors, and all are available in a variety of sizes, in bulk or fabricated assemblies.

  Smooth Bore FEP/PTFE hose

  Rubber Fab is proud to offer hoses constructed using a smooth PTFE inner core. Each hose is available with a carbon impregnated inner lining for static dissipation, and a non-stick contact surface which will not contaminate contacted substances. Some hoses are available in a variety of colors, and all are available in a variety of sizes, in bulk or fabricated assemblies.

  Convoluted PTFE hose

  Rubber Fab convoluted PTFE hoses offer a non-stick, helically-shaped inner core which minimizes pressure drops and simplifies cleaning. These flexible hoses are designed to transport almost all substances and to withstand the most demanding conditions, including high velocity and pressure surges. The standard PTFE inner core can be replaced with an optional black non-conductive liner. All are available in bulk or fabricated assemblies.

  Silicone Hose

  Rubber Fab platinum-cured silicone, ultra-flexible hoses have been developed for high temperature conditions. Autoclavable and sterilizable, our hoses fulfill demands for high purity, safety, pharmaceutical and biocompatibility. Hoses are available in bulk or assemblies.   Metal hose

  Rubber Fab metal hoses are designed for industrial applications where rigid connections are impractical. The steel corrugated hose assemblies range in size from 1/4" to 8". This hose and its external braid are made of stainless steel. The PTFE-lined metal hose assemblies provide a bacteria-free, crevice-free contact surface with the PTFE liner flared over the face of the flange retainer.
