Freedom Plastics

Freedom Plastics' core business is rigid PVC pipe used in: municipal, wastewater, industrial, plumbing, storm water, irrigation, and specialty markets. To meet these market demands, a wide variety of pipe types and sizes from ½" to 24" diameter are extruded.

With multiple extruder lines operating 24/7 and less than 8-hour changeover capabilities, Freedom Plastics is constantly replenishing pipe inventory levels to meet peak or fluctuating seasonal demands.

To insure performance and long-term reliability, state-of-the-art, fully automated, in-line pressure testing performed on every piece of C900/C905 pipe.

Diamond Plastics Corp.

Diamond Plastics Corporation is one of today's leading PVC pipe producers in North America and one of the largest producers in the world. Begun in 1982 as a small agricultural irrigation specialist with facilities in Texas and Nebraska, Diamond Plastics grew to include a nationwide network of professional manufacturing facilities providing pipe solutions for agricultural, industrial and municipal applications.

We offer the industry's broadest range of PVC pipe sizes, with diameters from 2 inches to 60 inches. No other company makes a higher quality, longer lasting PVC pipe than Diamond Plastics. Our PVC pipe offers an unparalleled combination of toughness, resiliency, corrosion resistance, versatility and ease of handling & installation. It's ideal for the vast majority of underground water and sewer applications.

Ductile Iron

Griffin Pipe

  • Push-On Joint Pipe

The AWWA C150 and C151 standards were changed in 1991 to incorporate pressure class designations for ductile iron pipe in addition to the existing special thickness classes. This was done to have a pressure classification similar to other water works products and meet the demand for pipe suitable for lower pressure applications. As a comparative reference, the following tables group the nominal thickness of pressure and thickness classes as a function of increasing wall thickness for each pipe size.
  • Mechanical Joint Pipe

The mechanical joint is a bolted joint utilizing a ductile iron gland and mechanical joint gasket. The mechanical joint is recommended for water service using ductile iron pipe particularly where many connections are required. All components of the mechanical joint are interchangeable. The plain end of mechanical joint pipe has the same outside diameter as push-on joint pipe. As a result, it can be fitted into such joints in the field by beveling the plain end. All of the accessories (glands and fasteners) are supplied with each joint
  • River Crossing Pipe

Griffin SNAP-LOKT River Crossing pipe is engineered for submerged pipeline projects and other severe service applications where deflections up to 15º are required. All major components of the river crossing joint are ductile iron. The joint is a boltless system consisting of a precision machined ball-and-socket design. Joint restraint is provided by a ductile iron restraining ring along with a corrosion resistant locking ring. The river crossing assembly is rated at 350 psi up to 24". Assembly is fast and similar to Griffin's SNAP-LOKT restrained joint pipe. Disassembly, if required, can be easily accomplished.
  • Sewer Pipe

In a joint development process with Lafarge Calcium Aluminates, Griffin Pipe has introduced a lining product and process that gives the wastewater industry a lining with superior corrosion resistance in anaerobic (septic) conditions.
