For PVC

• PV-LOKT SERIES PVM The PVM model is a device to restrain C153/C110 MJ Fitting to a PVC pipe. It consists of a single serrated clamping ring that works in conjunction with a MJ gland and MJ gasket inside an MJ bell. It can also be used to restrain Push On Fittings with ear lugs.
  
• ONE-LOKT SERIES SLC FOR PVC PIPE SIGMA ONE-LOK is a mechanical joint, wedge-action restraining gland that implements a series of individually activated wedges that locate around the circumference of PVC pressure pipe. When the wedge-stem assembly is tightened down onto the pipe, the teeth (edges) on the bottom of each wedge lock onto the pipe wall.
  

• RESTRAINT FOR AWWA C909 PVC PIPE Both the PV-LOK and ONE-LOK restraint systems may successfully be used to restraint Molecular Oriented PVC pipe manufactured in accordance with AWWA C909.
  
• PV-LOKT SERIES PVP The PVP model is an external device for bell and spigot joints of a PVP pipe. This consists of two serrated clamping rings that are installed on the spigot side and behind the gasketed bell and connected with high strength low alloy corrosion resistant threaded rods. The PVP model may also be used on DI pipe upto 16" size.
  
• PV-LOKT SERIES PVPF The Series PVPF is designed to restrain Fabricated PVC Fitting to PVC pipe. It is a harness type assembly that uses our industry accepted serrated clamping ring with a two piece back up ring that is beveled to sit comfortably behind the PVC gasketed bell. PV-LOK restrainers are manufactured with an extended fitting rib along the outside surface of the clamping ring. This prevents the bolt head from rotating and allows the installer to secure the restrainer on the pipe with only one wrench.
  

For Ductile Iron

• ONE-LOKT SERIES SLD FOR DUCTILE IRON PIPE SIGMA ONE-LOK is a mechanical joint, wedge-action restraining gland that implements a series of individually activated wedges that locate around the circumference of ductile iron pipe. When the wedge-stem assembly is tightened down onto the pipe, the teeth (edges) on the bottom of each wedge lock onto the pipe wall. Pipe thrust causes the primary contact edge to "grab" and restrain the pipe surface.
  
• PV-LOKT PVP ON DUCTILE IRON PIPE The PV-LOK PVP Pipe Restraint System may successfully be used for the restraint of push on bell joints for ductile iron pipe meeting ANSI/AWWA C150 and C151 in nominal diameters 4-16". Rated pressure of the restraint is limited to the pressure stated below for ductile iron piping systems. SIGMA offers the highest pressure rating of a serrated bell joint restraint device in the AWWA industry.

• ONE-LOKT SSLD SPLIT GLAND The ONE-LOK Series SSLD is a mechanical joint, wedge-action restrainer gland constructed in a split gland configuration for use on existing installations of ductile iron piping systems. The two halves are fitted over the pipe and bolted together to provide thrust restraint to a joint that has already been installed, such as in a pipe repair situation. The ONE-LOK SSLD is currently availible in sizes 4-12" and is rated at 350psi.
  
• ONE LOKT SLDH BELL JOINT RESTRAINT HARNESS Building on the strength and security of the ONE-LOK SLD mechanical joint restrainer gland for ductile iron pipe, the ONE-LOK Series SLDH incorporates a set of high strength, low alloy, corrosion resistant connecting rods and a ductile iron follower gland to create an easy to use, highly reliable solution for the restraint of push-on joints in pipe to pipe connections for ductile iron. The ONE-LOK SLDH provides a ductile iron pipe bell joint restraint solution in sizes 3"-36". Nominal diameters 3"-16" are rated at 350psi while sizes 18"-36" are rated at 250psi cc
  
• ONE-LOKT SLDM FOR OVERSIZED CAST IRON PIPE The ONE-LOK SLDM is a modified mechanical joint, wedge-action restrainer gland which is recommended and suitable for installation on cast iron pipes having the nominal dimensions of "C" and "D" class outside diameters. For "A" and "B" size cast iron pipe, the standard ONE-LOK SLD may be used without modification, provided that the pipe diameters are in accordance with AWWA C150/151.
