Lansas® Test Plugs

• Multi-Size Domehead Plugs

  The Lansas Domehead is the most durable multi-size plug available. The unique design of this plug is covered under two U.S. patents. This design allows for controlled expansion of the plug. As this test plug inflates it gets larger in diameter and shorter in length. By changing the shape of the plug, the side wall stress is kept at a minimum.

• Single-Size Domehead and Flow-Thru

  The Lansas Single-Sized Domehead and Flow-Thru Plugs are designed to includes multiple layers of cross-biased tire cord impregnated into our specially formulated, ozone-protected natural rubber. Also included is our patented "spider ring.


• Multi-size Interchange Plugs

  The Interchange Plug is designed with 2 plys of cross biased fabric and over 1/2" of rubber These plugs are built on a sturdy 1/4" aluminum core for ease of handling and corrosion resistance.

• Multi-Size Flow-Thru Plugs

  The multi-size flow-thrus are built with the same patented designs as our multi and single-size domehead plugs. The flow-thru plug goes one step further by offering a large by-pass within the plug. The bypasses are ideal for doing a water test or sewer bypass.


• Single-Size MW Plug

  The Lansas MW is the most versatile and cost effective single-size plug available. The 4"-12" MW's are molded with "o-ring" sealing ribs and each plug is equipped with a replaceable bypass pipe. The 15" - 24" MW's are stocked with either a 4", 6", or 8" bypass and the bladders on these plugs are reinforced with 2 plys of nylon tire cord.

• Super-Flow Plug

  The Lansas® Super-Flow Plugs are designed with the largest bypasses available. These plugs are excellent for use in flow diversion and manhole rehab projects.


• "Hot Spot" High Temperature Plug

  These plugs are excellent for use with CIPP and industrial applications.

• Single-Size High Pressure Plug

  Lansas high pressure plugs are designed to seal the host pipe to pressures up to 150 PSI. The plugs are equipped with a centered bypass pipe for inducing your test medium into the pipe. Larger sizes also include a second bypass for monitoring the pressure and/or bleeding of the air out to the section being tested.


• Single-Size Disc Plug

  This Disc Plug is constructed of a lightweight aluminum frame with a hollow rubber tube around its circumference, the disc is easily positioned in the desired area and inflated. Then, to remove, simply deflate the plug. The Lansas Disc Plug will provide a leak proof seal for construction, rehabilitation, cleaning and testing.

• Single-Size AR Plugs

  Plumbing and mechanical contractors agree that Lansas Plugs are the most durable and reliable test plugs available. The AR Plugs, 1-1/4" - 6" feature a zinc plated chain and ring. The Lansas AR Plugs have a test pressure rating of as much as 15 PSI, air or water.

• Spot Repair Carrier

  The Lansas® Spot Repair Carrier has been designed for use with most of the spot repair systems on the market today. This unit is designed with reinforced natural rubber. The ball style ends and small diameter allow these units to pass through most offset joints. Wheels are also available by special order.
